Hi,

is it possible to run Kismet on c760 / sharp rom ?

If yes : HowTo configure my SanDisk WLanCard ?
           Any extra drivers / settings needed ?

If no : Why not ?
          Is there any other tool that does nearly the same and runs under sharp rom ?

Software / X/Qt Server help needed...NEWBIE

Hi,

I\'d install X/Qt Server from http://xqt.sourceforge.jp/download.html.
If I start the server I get a grey screen with a cross cursor in the middle.
Pressing the menu key gives me the fullscreen/Help/shutdown function.
But - how can I start an applikatio ?
I installed blackbox and tried to start it from the terminal - the following message appeared :
] failed to set locale, reverting to \"C\"
] BaseDisplay::BaseDisplay: connection to X server failed

What\'s wrong ?

Can anybody give me (NEWBIE) a howto install X/Qt Server and
run apps with it ?

c760 with sharp rom

Hi there,
if I connect my c760 to a unix host using telnet and start an app. in the terminal window on the host the following message appeares :
\"minimum of 80 columns / 24 rows required \"
and the app is terminated...8-(...
I also tried qconsole - same result.
What can I do to solve this problem ?

Zaurus 760 with sharp rom.

General Discussion / IP-cam with Zaurus c760 ?

Hi all,
I\'d like to admin / monitor my ip-cam with my c760.
The Z is connected to the same hub as the IP-cam and the connection is fine - ping = ok.
If I start OPERA or NetFront with the address of the IP-cam I only reach the admin menu of the cam, but can\'t see the actual scrennshot/image of the cam. (The place where the image should be is only grey)
I also tried Kino2 / file - open URL - nothing happens...8-(...
Is there any other app to get the image of an IP-cam on the c760 ?
Any other tips ?

Software / OPERA 7.30 on c760 no connection ?!?

Hi there,
I\'d download OPERA 7.30 from http://www14.software.ibm.com/webapp/downl...&id=TDUN-49EVS9
and installed it on my c760 (sharp rom)

If I enter a pagr to go to the following message appears :

\"Could not connect to remote server\"

Trying the same with NetFront3.0 - everything is fine !
All other network functions - fine !

My c760 is connected to my PC by a Bbillionton CFLanCard.

Is there anything to configure ?
...or did I anything wrong ?
I found nothing helpful...8-(...

Software / ko/pi questions...

Hi there,

everyone is talking about ko/pi 1.6.1 .

Two questions :


- where can I download it ?
  I only found 1.5.0...8-(...

-how can I get the data from the calendar app. on my c760 (sharp rom)
 into ko/pi ?

My Z is connected to a win...PC with Outlook on it. But there seems to be no export function to *.vcs / *ics .

Hi there,
I\'m a linux-newbie who likes to use the Opera browser on his c760 sharp rom. When I start opera clicking the icon the opera window appeared for about 0.5 second and dissappeared again.
Starting the app from console brings up the following message :
