Just got a treo for my bday and I don't need the zaurus anymore.  it is on ebay

it is in like new condition with only a little scratching on the flip.  it is the pxa 255 model and comes with all the original accessories and will be in the retail box.

Security and Networking / wifi woes (linksys wcf12/5600/tkcrc1)

Ok at first the light was staying on etc. for the linksys card so I changed the info int wlan-ng.conf removing the version line from the wcf12 section.  Now when I run #cardctl ident it identifies it properly, but everytime I try to connect with the gui applet it starts initializes and then almost immediately fails.  Anyone seen anything like this

Angstrom & OpenZaurus / 3.35 + irk

I have seen mention that a few people have gotten irk to work with 3.35 on a 5600, as of late I haven\'t.  The install appears to go ok and then opie restarts but that is it, no keyboard option, nothing.  when I go back to the package manager it still shows as not being installed.  If there is an error I can\'t see it because of the opie restart. If anyone can give me a hand I would appreciate it.

Sharp ROMs / kompany rom + 5600 help

I tried oz but unfortunately, a few programs won\'t work, irk mostly. so I thought I would try tkc, found the local mirror of the community site and downloaded the 1.1rc1 rom for the 5600.  When I flash and then reboot I get to the wait 5...4...3...2...1 then I get the loading screen and then it repeats the wait etc..  Does anyone have a working version of this, is there a working version of it.  Any help would be appreciated.

Angstrom & OpenZaurus / happiness is a good os

Thought some of you might appreciate this, after wrestling with my zaurus and trying numerous file systems, I found one to be the most stable after install...OZ.  I tried tkc, zynergy, etc and each one had some flaw.  tkc would hang, zynergy I just didn\'t feel like fighting the package manager, and so on.  Even in a pre release unstable version with relatively little tweaking I have more of the basics that I was looking for up and running with oz than with the others.
