Accessories / Camera Battery In A Zaurus?

« on: November 23, 2004, 10:17:17 pm »

In my search for a cheap alternative to mail ordering an extra battery for my c760 that I could actually buy in Canada, I thought I'd check for any camera batteries that could fit.  What I found is:

http://www.master-instruments.com.au/brows...l/DCB_NP60.html

This battery is 0.1mm longer than the EA-BL06, but the other dimensions match, so I'm thinking that it could be convinced to fit.  As a bonus, it's 1100mAh, versus the 950mAh of the EA-BL06.

Now apparently this camera battery fits:

Kodak Easyshare LS633
Pentax Optio 330
Pentax Optio 330RS
Pentax Optio 430
Pentax Optio 430RS
Ricoh Caplio RR30/RRR11
Casio Exilim EX-Z3
Casio Exilim QV-R3
Casio Exilim QV-R4
Panasonic SV-AV10K
Panasonic SV-AV10
Panasonic SV-AV30
Fuji / Fujifilm F601 / F601 Zoom
Fuji / Fujifilm F401 / F401 Zoom
Fuji / Fujifilm 50i
Fuji / Fujifilm F410
Fuji / Fujifilm 1400
Fuji / Fujifilm 2300
Fuji / Fujifilm 2400

Anyone have any of those cameras?  Does the battery look like it would fit?  Is the polarity correct?  I wouldn't actually try out the battery in your zaurus unless you know what you're doing...!

Thanks!
