Cosmo Communicator - Android / Android build environment 4 Cosmo

Hi,
Has any one being able to figure out where to find MK files in order to create a build evnironment for V23 firmeare?

I am looking for a way to recompile the Android based on AOSP but am not usre how to set the environment right.
