Off Topic forum / Flash Card Software Solution

It's been a while since i purchased SOQ by thekompany and i use it to store very short flashcards since I have no clue how to export and use it in a win or linux machine.  a few months ago, i  bumped into this online site where i can create flashcards and export them to word, excell, pdf.

I played around with the site and I can also create flashcards in opera from my zaurus and it is just wonderful.

Anyway, if anybody is interested, here it is.

Themes, Icons, and Backgrounds / Title Bar And Scroll Bar Change

Here it is, version 2 with 3 on the way.  This is just a small taste and alot of work was put behind it.  If you installed version1, just uninstall that one and install this one.  My problem was colors and title bar.  It was tough getting the colors to go together without seeing too much clashing.  In version 3, ill have the buttons with dark centers and silver trimmings or gold.  l'll try and include more options so text don't dissapear in dark backgrounds.

it works for cacko and sharprom.

both games are excellent on linux.  The best i seen so far for linux ....just helping the cause and also helping the cause for tons of hours lost in gameplay.

Angstrom & OpenZaurus / Seriously

how do you guys expect me to download any of the Zimage for my collie if your hosting doesnt support it?  i try downloading them and all i get is numbers.  right clicking gets me an html and renaming them ruins the image.  THis is accross all of the mirrors as well.

so far, I run mozilla, abiword, galculator, gftp, gnumeric, epdfview running in the background with no problems.  I even launch games within the sharprom and notice no problems with it(maybee some slowdownat times with the ZemuEX).

I'm curious about how you guys manage with the slow start of the applications like mozilla.  What exactly are the pros and cons of leaving apps running in the background?

The TRON Project is not new; in fact, it was poised to its mark more than a decade ago, in Japan's PC industry, but the U.S. government intervened. In 1989, Japanese electronics giant Matsushita introduced a BTRON PC, a machine that stunned the industry with its advanced capabilities. The BTRON PC had an 80286 Intel (Nasdaq: INTC) Latest News about Intel chip running at 8 MHz and a mere 2 MB of memory, but it could display moving video in color in a separate window. Also, it had a dual-booting system that could run both the BTRON OS and MS-DOS.

When the Japanese government announced it would install BTRON PC in Japanese schools, the U.S. government objected. It called the Japanese initiative "actual and potential market intervention" and threatened the move with sanctions. The Japanese, dependent on the U.S. export market, quickly dropped the plan. The U.S. government later withdrew its threat, but the damage had already been done. Nearly all Japanese companies involved in TRON-related activities had canceled their projects.

Im in a parking lot in yorba linda for the past 2 hours running bluez and to my cellphone accessing the net.  Listening to talkradio over the bluetooth connection and shoutcast, msn gaiming to my girlfriend, typing here......and almost reaching 3 hours.  waiting for my cousins interview to be over.


Its amazing how the zaurus can entertain me, keep me company, be informative all in one little device...and you cant beat the battery life.

so cool.
