Zaurus - pdaXrom / Irc Peak Time

I pop up in the irc room every so often.. and I will see the typical people in there... but no one is talking and/or no one is avaliable...

Just getting a census of the peak times to try to be there around that time...

To anyone this applies to,

I dont that I have the ability to make changes to the layout of the pages... well the front page but I want to know if building a standard front page... containing about, project goals, IRC contacts, link to forum, etc...

Just a thought....

I have a dev box that I use for all my developement... and I'd rather not to have to reboot everything I want to pdaXrom developement... since I run that box "headless"

Will you ever release a package to do dev on top of your current OS?

There are no *.bb's (well not files at all) under the gtk directory on the OE tree...

Is there another place I could go to find these or should I just build them myself

Zaurus - pdaXrom / Progres With Beta5

I haven't seen Sashz around here to much recently... I know with the whole fulltime job thing it is hard...

but... I'm getting a lil worried... I even tried OZ/GPE today... within 5 mins I flashed back to beta3 because I OZ didnt meet my needs (this is the kind version of what I realy mean)

Just seeing if there is any progress being made... from Sash or anyone that might be working on the ROM...

Between about 900-1045 EST... the site went down... prior to 900 I notice a really slow performance on the forums... but thought it was just a hiccup on our local network...

Zaurus - pdaXrom / Xfce Running In Beta4

I dont know if anyone else has done it... but it took a little bit up config editting...

I dont have it offically polished yet... but it will run... I'm going compare all the crap I removed from the xinitrc.xfce to what was previously there... and trying to retrace the changes made in beta4 compared to the previous versions...

Zaurus - pdaXrom / 2gig And Up Sd Support

I havent heard much hype about the 2gig support in the 3200 sharp rom in a while.
With the discovery by Cresho (I believe) he implemented the driver into OZ. I didnt know if anyone looked into porting that driver or module over to the pdaXrom platform...
I dont believe this has already been solved or if the plan was to wait till we leap into the 2.6 kernel enviroment and the support is already there or if someone is secretly coding and not giving up the goods...

If I start a mockary sorry... but this 1giger is starting to become a hastle having to remove data to put copy a movie or larger data file over semi-permanant use.

I'm going to look in to finding another SD module that might work with arm platform.

For Laze, Sashz and the rest of the pdaxrom community....

Has anyone ever thought of leaving the MatchboxWM and migrating over to XFCE as the default WM...
I would have created a poll but I wouldnt want a big shift of interest that might put some pressure on the developers.... I know this has defiently been thought up... but I'm not sure if it was actually brought up...

Just thowing the idea out there feel free to post you positives and negatives about this idea...
