Hey Capn_Fish,

I'm a little confuse about why your kernel needs to support packet injection?
I downloaded pdxaii13 5.4.5 and I've been using it with my C1000. So far I've managed to test packet injection on my home router and it works fine with my DWL-G122 usb wireless key. Does this mean pdaxii13 5.4.5 supports packet injection as well???

I once updated my firmware on my linksys wcf12 compact flash card. I used the guide found on this page:

Maybe you can do the same with your card.

Did you do it on your Z? If so, what ROM? My issue is that pdaXrom apparently doesn't support flashing cards ATM.

No, I did it on my laptop running windows xp using a pcmcia to CF adapter.

Zaurus - pdaXrom / Usb Power Injection Fix For Usb Devices

Hey guys,

I've been looking around for a way to power my USB wireless NIC without a powered host when I came across this article. It's a gadget someone created that supplies power to USB devices, which might come in handle if you wanted to power say now a USB keyboard.

What do you guys think???

Hey guys,

I've got a quick questions. I just started compiling packages for C1000 running pdaxii13, but some packages take a long time to compile.

Is the LiveCD (pdaXrom x86 ISO image (non SMP kernel)) located on http://www.pdaxrom.org/?q=blog/sash any good? Would I be able to use this to compile packages which I could then run on my C1000? Would compile time decrease?

Hello all,

I’ve want to start compiling packages I see on the net, but I’m not sure where to begin. Basically, I want to take taz.gz file and create a package from it.

For example, I’m trying to create a custom security suite of applications for my zaurus C1000 running PDAXii13 5.4.6., so far I’m trying to compile dsniff.tar.gz.

Basically, where do I begin???

Zaurus - pdaXrom / Load Module Rt2570.o

Hey guys,

I just check Lud's Open Source site, and he talks about running a usb wifi dongle with chip sets rt2570. I just checked my dwl-g122  rev B1 and it uses the rt2570 chip set. Lud talks about using th rt2570.o module to run the usb wifi dongle.

How do I load this rt2570.o module under pdaxrom???
Is there a feature for loading modules???

Hey guys,

I've just received a gift card for futureshop, and I would like to take this opportunity to try and purchase a usb wifi key for my Zaurus. So far, I am unable to find a list of USB Wifi keys that work. I have a powered hub so that’s not a problem, just need a list of usb wifi keys that work. Could you guys out that have working usb wifi keys post make and model, so I know what to purchase.

Does the Pdxii13 build located on this link

I'm wondering if there's a version of Pdaxii13 for C1000 with IceWM as the default manager.
