Battery For Sl5500

Can you still buy spare batteries for the SL5500 in the UK?  Do you have to use a propriety 950mha battery or are there standard ones you can buy that are compatible?  Also my stylus broke.  Can you get replacements for those?

SL5500, Xtreme leather case, 64mb CF, Lexar 128 mb SD; Lynksys Wireless CF, Pocketop keyboard

 Come on People help a newbie looking to do some cool hacking on this great computer.

Big problem at the moment... Im stuck to a power socket  


Im in the UK and desperately need either a new battery or a power battery pack I can carry with me.. I have seen some on ebay in the USA, but i would rather get one from Europe if I can..


Come on people help... I have searched loads but not found any specific links.. Just one other thing I am trying to do this on a buget.

Search on CDW.com, just bought an sl-5500 batt for 32.99 us, also saw sl-5600 batt and also bought cf camera card for 14.99 us.

You have to search for 'bl06' (model of battery in the SL-5500, otherwise it doesn't come up for some reason. The search engine is stupid on CDW 'Sharp Zaurus' brings up the charger for the SL-6000, 'Zaurus' by itself brings up nothing. The battery doesn't show up in the Batteries - Brand Sharp category either.

Seems they have most Sharp accessories, just finding them is a pain in behind. I had to go through the PDA section page by page to find the camera.

Argg!  CDW has the battery, but won't take online orders for it.  To make matters worse, if you call from Canada (as they expect us to do), you get a "number out of service" error.  Yeesh!

Is there someone here who could order one for me from either CDW or Amazon, and then reship to Canada (perhaps marked gift so I can avoid taxes =))?  I'll happily work out a Paypal arrangement to prepay for the item.  If you can help I'm at -chayim---nospamdammit---at----gnupower---dot---net.  Just remove the nospamdammit and the hyphens.
