Which Opera For Cxx00?
« on: June 27, 2006, 02:39:23 pm »
I have a version of Opera installed on my c3100 that doesn't quite work right.  It randomly crashes and doesn't display the "collomn" display style correctly.  Everything is extremely small as if it was being resized for the 240x320 zaurus.

Also, I am not able to get the one from the cacko feed as the link seems broken and some goof decided to disallow directory listing on the cacko feed.

So I'm wondering which ipk is the best for my zaurus.  Is it the cacko one?  I remember when I used cacko opera seemed to work perfectly.

Thanks for any help.

If it helps, I am running Opera on my C1000, version opera_7.55.6079-c3k-2_arm.ipk.

I am assuming that you have the link to the relevant feed already.

Post if  stuck.

Strange, I can't get any of them to work now.

Opera seems to pop up briefly but has no icons in the title bar, then dies.  If I run it from the console it spits out this:
Code: [Select]
opera
Display size = 480x640
opera: Could not find "ini/standard_mouse.ini"
opera: Could not find "ini/standard_keyboard.ini"
opera: Could not find "ini/standard_mouse.ini"
opera: Could not find "ini/standard_keyboard.ini"

I don't know if that is related or anything.  It seems like opera is not able to load the title bar icons.
