I am unable to get my previously working with all revisions of pdaxrom LInksys WCF12 card. I am trying to get onto my home access point with which it had worked before. Encryption is off, so i dont know what the prob could be. The DMESG output is below:

I have this kind of message also with a pretec card.

I read this http://www.linuxquestions.org/questions/ar...004/02/4/149037

and tried to change a little the position of my Z. Though the distance is < 1 meter all the time the position does make a difference.

I m not sure if it is a problem of the card or of the software. (though I did try with different drivers with the same results)
