Rox Slow On Hdd3 Err Ide3

rox takes forever to scan my 3 gig hdd, is that because of the fat format? would EXT2/3 be any faster? Im just gonna reformat the entire hdd as one partition anyways, just need some opinions. Also anyone got these usb/ethernet adapters to work with pdaxrom/xfce?

its not because of the hdd... its a bug of pdaxrom. reboot your zaurus and mount hdd3 again... then it should be accessable. however there are some bugs if you get into suspend... it happend some times to me also... but it shouldnt be because of the format.
