The soon to be released Cacko Rom has the option to overclock (in the battery applet)

you need to be running the testus kernel to do this then wait for cako unless you dont mind writing a bash script

I can overclock my c3100 using tetsu kernel + Cacko Combined Battery/Overclock applet for PXA270 models.....

i think it works....
