Browser For Pdaxrom

I am looking for a different browser for pdaXrom. I can't stand the one it comes with, no frames or java.
I need one that supports both of these.

Any suggestions and where to do I get it?

There is not java pliging, but firefox 1.5 ... has javaScript and Frames support...
