Dosbox Won't Launch (c1000)

Hello.
I am using a C1000 with Cacko ROM.  When I tap Dosbox to launch, I get the icon that the program is starting, but in the end, nothing ever launches.  Is there something else I need to do to start this program?

try to lauch dosbox from a console window... a lot of times there is a dependency it is looking for... if it states a library is needed...
