5600 turns on only once after reset

I was flashing the ROM and something went wrong and now the unit won\'t turn on normally.  It will only turn on once after a reset.  Everything works fine that one time.  It has all the data and programs run correctly but when I turn it off I can\'t turn it back on.  It will only turn on after the reset is performed.

The Cancel button works fine.  It chirps while it\'s running that one time and it turns the unit off.  

What happened to it?

Ok so I read a bit more and it looks like in addition to the soft reset there\'s a wipeout reset.  I did that and it looks like things are back to normal  *whew* :oops:
