Where do I find these files??

The inf on the site below says I need these files to get my 5600 back to facory condition.

2. Copy the image files to the CF memory card
• Copy the following 10 image files to the root directory of the CF card
• ffffffff.bin
• initrd.bin
• initrd.gz
• mainte.bin
• mversion.bin
• nanddiag.bin
• initfs.bin
• paraminf.bin
• updater.pro
• zImage.bin
• Verify that any files from a different version image are not in the root folder of the CF card

Where do I find these files?  I think I\'ve looked every where!!
