What\'s going on (CF problem)?
« on: April 27, 2004, 03:33:50 pm »
Hello!

I\'ve got this: I create an ext2 partition on a CF card. I format it. (all this on a C-760). I put it in a card reader on my Linux machine, copy some files, put it back in the Z and get this:

cardmgr: mount: wrong fs type, bad option, bad superblock on /dev/hda1.
cardmgr              or too many mounted file systems

This happens with pdaxrom 1.0.5 .

I reformated the CF to FAT (in my camera) and now it works. So my Linux PDA can\'t exchange data with my Linux Desktop without using FAT? Or am I missing something?

I use ext2 on CF and get the same messages all the time, but it actually mounts ok
Try \'ls /mnt/cf\' to see if the files are there...
