Reset of Gemini

Good morning
today I am selling my Gemini on ebay but still not received my Cosmo so far ;-) Yes I am stupid...

I made a factory reset on my Gemini and now I am in an endless loop for restart.

Can I make a hard reset in a different way? or tell the Gemini so how else to restart in a normal way?

hi someone may be able to give you a fuller response, but i've a feeling i read that planet disabled the normal google factory reset. i think what you need to do is flash it using the flash tool at planet's support pages.
apologies for the lack of caps, my shift key is gone on this old computer.
