Hi all -
Another starter question i am sure some of you have run into ... in a shell I notice that the \"\" key isnt mapping properly. I am using the KeyHelper applet to deliver a proper CTL key mapping on the 1st Japanese key (it works fine), but cant get it to recognize Fn-F as \"\". what is wierd is that this key maps fine in the UI apps, but in a shell Fn-F comes out as \"yen symbol\", while in the UI Fn-F maps as \"\"!!
Conversely, in the UI both Fn-F and Fn-K map as \"\"! I can\'t get any yen symbol. In the shell both these keys are yen...
Does anyone know a workaround? sure is a bummer not to have in a shell!
TIA,
C.
