I want to buy a C700 soon. The cheapest one I could find is on www.conics.net and it costs $385. Is there a place where I could buy it cheaper?

If I buy from Conics then do I need to pay VAT? In my country there is 22% VAT, so it makes a big difference.

I would recommand a c760 or c750 if you can just for the memory and the cpu of the c700 (I have one) 32 megs and pxa250. Can be tricky at time.
The c760 come with the bigger battery. Imo the battery of my c700 is too short (900mha vs 1900mha for the c760 ? forgot the exact number). (Of course you can buy a big one for the c700).

You can email brett at conics too, if you want something cheaper, sometime he sell used device. He can list you some he has. (Btw ordering from conics is usually really great).

Thanks for the advice, but C750 is too expensive for me. What I need is clamshell design, high resolution display and pdaXrom, so C700 is enough for me.

What about the VAT? Do I need to pay it if I buy from Conics?
