Newly installed apps not showing up

I just installed Opera and a couple of other apps after flashing to pdaX Rom 1.05.  Everything seemed ok in package manager, and they are showing up as installed, but I can't find them in any folders (Internet, apps) to run them.  How do I get the icons to show up?

Also, where it says "Install o n", I just left it at /.  Could that be the problem?

Make sure the ipks that you are installing are for pdaXrom.  Opera is not open source, so  pdaXrom version is not available.
