Perl on Z -- experiences?

I'm interested in getting a Z for mobile Perl. Has anyone here used Perl programs on a Zaurus? What's your experience been like? Which model(s) have you used?

I'm especially interested in using some of the WWW modules along with a WiFi or Bluetooth-phone internet connection.

I use Perl 5.6.1 all the time on my SL-5500. My primary usage is to drive GNUplot to plot out my car's mileage.  If you search the Sharp Support Forum, you'll run across several threads on Perl on the Z.
