Approximately 10" by 6".  More like a smallish tablet PC than a PDA.
Sounds expensive, too.

Where's the Bluetooth, keyboard?
Default 64MB storage? 20Gb HDD is an option.

except for processor speed the pepper pad seems a better webpad.

What does it do for text input?
3 Hours is a bit short, is that with Wifi and everything?
Is there a portable stand or a fixed base when you want to use it with a keyboard?
Otherwise it seems a tad heavy, and it looks like a prototype from the 90's
