Don't know if this is the best place to comment on this but when I was testing I imported my contacts list into KAPI on RC5 with about 180 contacts.
When loading the address book KAPI sits there for quite a while repainting the list view as it loads all of the address entries. While it's doing this the toolbar at the top gets resized off the application and then gets repainted. This is an annoying occurance as it does this for quite a while until the list is fully populated.
It would seem to be better to populate this list with the application in an offscreen position and display a loading message while it was doing this. Don't know if this is feasible.
