I got a reply from d13f00l:
"I was working on PCSX. It's basically useless. I cut
out the GTK code, and I had it compiling, but thats
about it. It was too slow to be usable. LDChen and
his partner are actually working on FPSE for the
zaurus. So far, they have it compiling with GCC. It
will only be a matter of time. I think I have the
PCSX sources lying around, but really, it's useless
unless you know ARM asm and can code a dyanamic
recompiler."
So, that at least is encouraging. I'll have to find a way to contact LDChen and find out what is up.
