I found an ipk with version 2.20c.
Wondering if anybody is using a newer version?
The latest is 2.25.

Here try this I just cross compilied the newest version 2.25b.

Tried the version you compiled and it seems to work fine.
I created an ipk with the updated binary. Here's the link to thttpd_2.25b_arm.ipk
