Crypto file system on zaurus?
« on: January 18, 2004, 07:04:38 am »
Hi,

for my linux Desktop I use the crypto-file-system to store some privat informations/files etc.

Because for the zaurus there is a pretty much higher danger of getting lost it might be very interesting to have this feature. From my point of view it would be perfect to have a larger file on a CF-card which could be mounted as a directory on the zaurus and perhaps even on a Desktop-PC.

I do not see /proc/crypto on the zaurus and no losetup, so I guess the crypto-file-system is currently not supported. Would it be possible to compile the neccessary modules and programs?

Is something like this available on the net?
