the answer is easy:
PDA-Style model:
SL-6000 in production, corporate sales only, available
via StreamlineCPUs.
Clamshell models:
SL-C3000 out of production since January 2005.
Actual models are SL-C1000 / SL-C3100 available through
StreamlineCPUs in the US.

What about upgrading c3000 to c3100 (I mean 16mb flash to 128 Is it completely utopic ?
