How To Make My Sl 5500 A Ftp Server?

i am using sharprom and wifi.  I would like to know what files and modifications are needed to setup a ftp server?  I hoste some files which i would like to make available through my zaurus that is in the shelf since i now own a c1000.  also, if it suspends, will it wake up automatically from suspend?

I'd recommend that you not allow the Z to suspend, but rather keep the power connected at all times and the backlight turned off.
