I tried to install vdesk and torsmo

I have an error during install:

installing vdesk....tar: ./bin/vdesk: cannot open: reand only file system
ipkg_install_file: ERROR unpacking data.tar.gz from /hdd2/vdesk_0.0.92_armv5tel.ipk

can you post the result of the command mount?
where do you try to install vdesk?
can you create a file on the partition where you try to install it?
can you try to uncompress the ipk manually to see if the ipk is not corrupted (it is just a tar.gz archive so you can use tar zxvf xx.ipk)?
can you try to uncompress the data.tar.gz inside the ipk?

i tried to install with the package manager, so in the default install path

with "tar -xfvz data.tar.gz" I have no error and with control.tar.gz i have no error too...

df -hto see the available space, your root partition is probably full.

You should install in another partition than /, look at the c3000 threads to see how to modify your /etc/ipkg.conf

i have already 3 partition... the hdd1, hdd2 and hdd3  more /

you have 3 partitions, but do you choose one when you install the ipks
