Hello,
my SL-C3000 with Cacko 1.23b1 ROM seems to wake up "randomly" at night (similarly to my 2-year-old daughter) and eat batteries.
I have created a script which logs the times the Z is active, in order to monitor the exact times. Since I have been running this script, it didn't happen anymore...
But sometimes I find the Zaurus awake or asleep again but with almost-empty battery when I wake up in the morning.
I have it connected to AC almost each night, but when I have not, the battery may be eampty in the morning, which is annoying!
Anyone have an idea what this could be caused by?
I have KO/PI installed with the alarm applet, and disabled the internal "datebook" application by renaming its binary to "datebookwech", as Zautrix suggests in his documentation for KO/PI.
I have NO alarm set for the times in question. The alarm applet does not pop up. It simply seems to switch on, without any additional action.
It seems to happen somewhere between 1am and 6am in the morning. Not on midnight, though.
It seems to be a software issue, since my second 3000, which has a duplicated system on it, also wakes up "randomly".
Thanks for any hint!
daniel
