C700 Install Error

Im trying to install pdaxrom on my new c700 and i keep getting an error about
RO file system when i try to install the rom. I followed the instructions to a T. Formated 30 - 30. Rebooted choose option 1 to install new rom. Im useing a 128 fat formated sd card. Pdaxrom version 1.1.0beta1.

The install gets to 76% and the exact error message is

Oops!!!
RO file system: error while flashing.
Press the [ENTER] key for reboot.

try increase root partition size - it must be a little bigger than rootfs image (initrd.bin).

The initrd.bin is 42 megs so should i do 42 - 42?
