Hi guys,
Another question for you experts out there...
I've installed pdaXrom 1.1.0beta1, plus the latest (experimental) XFCE4, which is all working well, now I want some apps, so I got korganizer ipks from sourceforge.
Initially I tried installing korganizer_1.7.8_arm.ipk which is meant to be standalone (according to sourceforge ), however when I ran kopi it complained about not being able to open libmicrokdepim.so, so I removed korganizer ipk, and then installed the whole set of ipks contained in kdepim_2.2.7_for_SharpRom.ipk.zip (korganizer_2.2.7_arm.ipk, kmicrokdelibs_2.2.7_ark.ipk, etc., etc.), which is also on sourceforge.
However I still get the same error. This time though, I did a bit more investigation, and found that the "missing" libmicrokdepim.so is located in /opt/QtPalmtop/lib. Now because I'm still learning here about how all the different components fit together and what is compatible with what, I have no idea what is wrong.
I ran qtconfig within XFCE and added /opt/QtPalmtop/lib to the list in the "Library Paths" tab, saved and rebooted, but it didn't fix the problem.
Help please?
