Who Could Develop Pdaxrom If It Were Open?

Hey all, never done a poll before, so hopefully this works.

This is just a me being curious thing. I actually wonder how many of you out there have the skills necessary to work on pdaXrom and how many of you would want to if you could. The more people that are interested, the more evidence we can show that people really want to get involved.
