Wifi Cf Card Japanese

Hello All
I wish to buy a Cf Wifi CArd. Is possible ti buy the Cf Wifi Card that are ised in Japan?
I found this in zurus official page:

I think that tose as have an external antenna, will take more distance ?
And where to find, and why I cant find it?
I have a sl c 1000 Zaurus with Pdaxrom beta 3.
This are better or not to DLINK CF DCF-660W?

Only one of those cards (GW-CF11X) is a WiFi card, all the rest are PHS cards - a cheaper version of mobile phones, that are only used in Japan AFAIK.

I've never seens a WLAN card with an antenna in Japan
