R121 Xterm Problems

Anyone know how to get rid of this message while starting xterm:

xterm: unable to open font "-misc-fixed-medium-r-semicondensed--13-120-75-60-iso10646-1", trying "fixed" ...

The xterm starts but I get really odd output.
