QTReader (aka Opie-Reader)  http://www.killefiz.de/zaurus/showdetail.php?app=59
I read Palm books with it, though if I have a choice, Plucker formats much nicer.

No linux haters in my house.  Don\'t like linux?  Outta my house!

im getting ready to install mandrake 10!  i have an old 450mhz from amd ata 100, geforce fx 5200, live 5.1, cd/dvd....56k modem, 512 memory, 21 inch monitor.

Im trying so hard to go towards linux.  My second box is almost done.

downloading mandrake 10

then going to remove one of my disks from my 1 terabyte pc which has a couple of disks in it.

as soon as i get that done

install java for konqueror...flash 5, and open office.  buy cradle and color for an old canon printer i have. and ill use that pc for broswing and email and printer.  then add pictures, and etc.

Cresho

450 MHZ will work, but it is going to be kind of slow for KDE (mandrakes default desktop) and gui applications.  Don\'t let that stop you from doing the install though.

That terabyte PC must have a fat processor in it; linux IS a great server OS you know....

When you get to know the Zaurus well, you will see that it is not really a PDA, but a full pocket computer!

You can watch movies; play music; read books; browse the web; retrieve, read, write, send e-mail; write and compile code; do network analysis, security evaluations, and configuration; keep track of your contacts, schedule, todos; run java applications; write and compile java applications; use it for astronomy; compose documents with full formatting capabilities; maintain complex spreadheets in the field;  keep relational databases on CDs, workouts, shoe size conversions; and many more!  (anyone else have things that only Zaurus can do?)

I remember one DevNet post that a network admin used his to troubleshoot and fix network problems with a cell phone cable from the golf course so he did not have to go into the office on weekends.

Get OpieReader, it\'s excellent especially when used with the Georgia font, the developer is a nice, helpful guy too.
Left Linux and Linux PDAs... sorry, got boring.  Switched to Mac.
