ipk Install problem

Dear Sir(s),

When using the New Cacko Rom, at some point,
I cannot install any more software, ipk install saying
\"The ipk have fonts that it cannot handle\".

Please Help,

which ipk file are you trying to install?

and on which machine?

Dear Si,

Sorry for the late reply since I lived in Hong Kong.
What I have done is as follows :
I re-link the helvica fonts to unicode fonts I have created,
and then what happens is :
(a) I can read and write chinese in all applications but,
( When I try to install new s/w, the error message
\"The filename of this package includes characters this application
can\'t handle. Please change the filename and retry install\".

I ve had the same problem. on cacko rom 1.21 .
After installing hotfix then I could install ipk\'s
