By the look of it.....its an intranet and ip card(wireless mobile modem thingy)   ...included help desk...etc.etc...full service etctc.....

The part BalroG copied just says to use the AC adapter when using in a long period and where to get infoa nd help etc. and the card is only usable in Japan since it doesn\'t use a AP and it\'s like a cell phone thing and you can only have access to the internet in japan and plus you have to pay about 1800 yen every month or 20,000 yen for an year.

It is a PHS card,as I know,the service is only available in japan.
