x3270 for the Z
« on: July 07, 2004, 05:13:12 am »
Hi !

Working with a IBM mainframe means one need to have an 3270 emulator. This is what  x3270 ( http://x3270.bgp.nu/index.html ) is. The source for x3270 is at the site and I was wondering if anybody with the SDK for the Z could compile it.

Thanks!

Search killefiz and see whether it's included in the c3270 package I made a long while back.

x3270 for the Z

I have looked at the c3270 and I will try it as soon as I get  pdaxrom version 1.0.5 to accept my Sandisk CompactFlash 802.11b card. I have used x3270 and c3270 both under Linux and Windows (Cygwin) and they function perfect for my needs. But the x3270 is first choice. and it would have been nice also to be able to use it  on the Z !

Anyway thank you for your answer!

Sorry I did not answer properly !

The x3270 is not in the c3270 package that is compiled for the Z .
