converting to english

Hi, I recived my Zaurus (sl-c860) recently and it's Japanese (no suprise here), I wanted to convert it to English. I tried to follow this tutorial: http://www.wbcd.org/zaurus/guide_teil7.html because I found somewhere else that those files should work with my Z.
I have problem at this point:  Open the terminal.
I can't find a way to open terminal. Could someone help me a and point me to right direction.

And will those files even work?

The terminal app is on the CD. You'll need to install that first (the filename is obvious enough). Yes, that conversion works fine - it is what I did to my 860 (in fact I did it again last week following a hard reset).
