Can some body point me to a place from where I can get the wlan-ng source for SL6000 PDA.

... which won't take you quite far unless you add 0x302 0x0bb to the USB id list in prism2_usb.c

This is from memory; please check with dmesg when you start your wifi connection.

You'll also miss some special init sequence (req_ifstate=enable is not enough) which the network frontend sends to "enable" the card.
