At last! Now there is only a "Special" Offering with 25% off on the Indiegogo website, with delivery June 2019.

So all of you who were afraid of the first run flaws can order now.

My hope is that Planet learned enough from the Gemini that they don't have to worry about basic kernel or program flaws. The only parts of the Cosmo device likely to be screwed up in the first run is the front screen and/or the backlight for the keyboard.

And now - 7 hours later in the day on November 17, the offering has changed to a "Cosmo Campaign Week 3 Special" for $569 USD (28% off) with 200 Units offered at this price(??!!) with delivery still June 2019...

Actually, as of now (Nov 22 17.11 GMT), there's suddenly one Early-bird available again, with an estimated May Delivery. Maybe someone cancelled an order, or were there more of them earlier in the day?

Now it's gone again, and the total number of Early-bird devices remains at 1192, as before, so, I suppose, either someone requested a refund or it was some kind of fluke.

Edit: As I seem to still keep an eye on the Indiegogo Cosmo page; today on December 13, about a week after the crowdfunding ended, a single early-bird unit was, again, briefly available for $549. As I know from the Indiegogo comments, that a few backers indeed has changed their minds and requested refunds, I feel quite confident that these briefly appearing units are indeed devices for which their original backers have asked for their money back.

Perhaps that's just how Indiegogo works, or perhaps Planet Computers feels it's easier that a device for which they have accounted, say $549, remains at $549. In either case, that could mean we'll see single week3-specials units reappear at $569 too.

If you happen to be buying in UK£, the Cosmo is now as cheap as it was on early bird due to exchange rate movement with the $.

Over the next couple of months it could go either way, Cosmo could be way cheaper in UK than early bird or otherwise.

And the price of Cosmo in UK£ continues to edge downward, if the exchange rate allows the £ price to drop below £400 (which is well below early bird price) then I will bite.
