Yes, not bad....it's basically, a less expensive copy of One Netbook's One Mix Yoga line....I have the 2S version (7" display) now, works great. Dual booting Win 10 and Linux Mint 19.1.
The new 3S is the 8" display version which Chuwi copied. The 3S has backlit keyboard and a few other nice features that Chuwi doesn't have. But the Chuwi will be tempting for more people given the lower price. GPD is coming out with a P2 version with a 8.4" display, bit larger size footprint than either the Chuwi or One Netbook. Interesting to see more mini notebooks coming out in the past year. Nice to have more choices out there in the marketplace. |

It does seem odd that the entire UMPC market was dead, and then suddenly GPD kickstarted a whole stampede!

Ordered one - cheap enough that I don't mind hacking around a bit after I get it (my GPD Pocket has an internal USB hub and MicroSD slot now as well as heatsink mods).
It does have a backlit keyboard BTW. People say my laptop is the size of a phone - so I show them my Unihertz Atom. |

Congrats!
Did you get the base with Celeron or the 8100Y model? You're right about backlit keyboard, somehow I missed that when I first read about it.... However, unlike One Netbook 3/3S, it has eMMC storage.....will be interesting to see some tests on it. |

8100Y with 16GB RAM upgrade. This will give my old XPS 13 a run for its money.

I think if i was travelling a lot, e.g. commuting or going on business trips, this would be a great travelling companion. I think I would have a hard time justifying it to my current employer, since it would be cheaper to buy me a couple of Raspberry Pis for what I actually do, since I don't work on the move.
