What Does This Kernal Mismatch Error Mean?
« on: April 26, 2005, 08:28:04 pm »
Everytime I reboot my 6L, I see the following:

init: 2.78 booting
init: run level 5

kernal module mismatch

kbdsim.o compiled for 2.4.6 while this module is 2.4.18

Okay? How do I fix this?

Any help appreciated.

Looks like you installed an ipk w/ kernel modules (let me guess... vnc?) designed for the SharpROM 2.x to SharpROM 3.x. This won't work. Request an updated package.
