2 questions:

1. Cresho, have you played "Order of the Griffon"? (griffon.pce)
It cuts the screen off as shown in first screenshot. Maybe this is a bug in the ROM.
2nd screenshot is from the source where I DL the ROM from.
I have this game at home, and here is a screenshot of my TV.

As you can see in the screenshot of the TV, all the char pics & necessory details are visible.
EDIT: Opps, I forgot, other turbografX games seem to fill the screen correctly.
It's just this one that has shown this problem so far.

2. Anyone know how to "Rip" a game off a TurbografX CD?
I have "Y's Book 1 & 2" on a TurbografX CD.
The computer doesn't recognise the CD

if its not missing anything just play it.  You're lucky as it is.  Many roms are not supported like bonk, super star soldier, etc.  I have a zpce cd version with drivers to run y's book 1 and 2 but im reluctant to post them.  you can find those files on the net.  Reason being is that if you are going to be attaching thst stuff on the z, just play it on your home pc.

ys book 1 and 2 has good soundtracks and i remember them vividly.  z will not play the audio cd tracks.  Not only that, you may need a cd player for the z to actually see the cd contents.

How do you play them on a PC?
Also the reason I asked this about the Griffon being cut off, is that you cannot see the weapon carried by one of the chars.

my version works perfect.  what are you running cacko?  how big is your griffon version.?  320k?

Never mind, ill figure something out.  I like this game.  I actually lost my hu card and never finished or started it.  crap.  Ill see if i can configure an sh file to work with it.  I have a zpce sh file which i can configure...ill post later today.  im gona be busy tonight as well because i am going to release 5 cacko themes for zaurusthemes...well gona try. and also release the new nuovext.  may take a bit but who knows.  ill most likely pm you if i get it out in time.

Sorry, I didn't answer sooner. I had to go outside.
Windows says my griffon.pce is 512kb
running Cacko Lite 1.23

EDIT:
I extracted track 2 from Y's (Using ISOBuster)
it's saved as Track 2.bin and is 19.1MB
ISOBuster shows 43 tracks and all of them, but track 2, are music files.
WinHex shows that it must be the game file.
I'll attach a small screenshot of winhex.
Can I just rename it to "track2.pce" ?

Anyone have SNES commands for "Ultima 7" that comes with Cresho's package.
I have the keyboard layout pic, but I'm looking for what button does what, in the game manual.
I searched the net high and low for a SNES manual for this game.
I have figured out some of the buttons.
These correspond to the picture included with the game package:

X = Talk, Open doors, read signs, interact with chars/items
C and D = Fight
A and C = Cast a spell
Enter = Open inventory, armor screen

Inventory screen
---------------------
A and Z = Select inventory or items in container (when a trunk, ect is explored)
A and Z = Selects pack or person (when viewing inventory by itself)
C = Take item from container or trunk
C = Place item on person

I haven't played much further, I keep dying when exploring the basements in the buildings in the first town.

Cresho, Read my above post. Do you think I can utilize that "track2.bin" file that I ripped from my Y's Book 1 & 2 TurbografX CD?

When I tried Griffon on a PocketPC, I had the same problem with the screen cutting off short on the right. If Creshso's version doesn't do this, then there's hope.

I was going to say, if you want to play Ultima 7, try Exult. I plays better than the SNES version and has more features and better graphics. Unfortunately, it only works on Cacko.

Thats too bad.
I have used my TG CD-ROM drive so much, I think it's wore out.
It also plays Karaoke CD+G Discs. When I'm trying to play a CG+G disc in it, I have to tap the unit several times with my hand.
I can get the CD Player part to spin up when it's just plugged into the small adapter, then I have to quickly unplug it from the small adapter and put it into the TG Docking bay, and try to play the CD drive. It has probs spinning up in the docking unit.
The games on cards play fine though.

I can relate w/ Jon J on Order of the Griffon.  It's not that playable, & worst, I can't even save, or use password to continue it.  

Still, I did beat the original game looong ago.  So, it's OK, I guess

Super Soldier Blade worked on mine.  Kinda lessened the pain of not playing Blazing Lazers.

I don't know why I just sold C3100   But my UX50 got fixed, & it's wi-fi is even better!    Still now w/ the CXXXX series, you can use larger size SD card, so... I am definitely going to pick one again at the end of this yr (when I will be overseas, & need the extra space).

Ys 1 & 2 for the Zaurus?  Wow.  I still have Turbo Duo & Turbo CD + ACD card (recently sold Turbo Express).

BTW, how fares the Genesis project ?

I'm running OZ/GPE on my C1000 and can't really figure out how to get this working.  A lot of the instructions seem to be outdated.  Can't figure out which ipks I should be using or where to get them.

I tried installing SNES9X from the feeds, but it doesn't appear to work correctly.  Help?

OK, I found the ipks, but I seem to be having a problem that I can't see how the rest of you got around.

(I have a C1000)

You install libSDL 1.6, right?  And the mixer.

Then you go to install zpce, but zpce depends on libsdl.  As opposed to libsdl.

You can't install the 1.5 version because the mixer depends on libSDL, not libsdl.

snes9x depends on libsdl as opposed to libSDL too.  Help?

the software is not compatible with oz, install the libsdl that i provided.  Don't worry about it asking of any libsdl dependency.  uninstall all previous versions of libsdl first.
