Openzaurus 3.3.6 - How does one build packages for it?

I recently bought a zaurus 5600.  It has a pxa255, and I have a kernel with the cache bug disabled.  This thing is blazing, but I cant get any software for it.  How can I build my own from source?  Specifically snes9x and sdl.  Thanks.
