If it's so desirable, I wonder why the 6000 is so hard to find...
And the reason for looking here first is because of
the eBay scams. Their misbehavior doesn't mean that the
price is wrong -- it means that they know what people
want to pay, and are trying to capitalize on that.
With that in mind, $300-$350 may actually be a good price
for an honest person who wants to sell his/her used SL-6000
quickly. That was my situation the last time I bought
an SL-5500 on these boards a couple of years ago.
If anyone has an SL-6000 at around $300 that they want
to part with, I'd like to hear from you.
