SD Card not working correctly
« on: February 25, 2004, 01:41:09 am »
Ok here\'s my problem.  I\'m running the stock stuff on a 5600.  Things seem to be working fine, except my SD is acting weird.  I can\'t write to it at all, when I attempt to copy a file to it, it blinks and when I go and look on the SD card again, it appears as though there are no files on it, until I eject and reinsert it.  If I do a mv it fails because it\'s a read only filesystem.  Sometimes when I cat a file, it will say Input/Output error.  I can\'t reformat the disk either.  I\'m bummed because I just got this thing too.  Any suggestions will secure you a mighty place in computer heaven, I\'m sure.

Oh, btw, my friend tossed my SD card into his 5500 and it worked fine...
