-Edit/---------------------
sold ... and to a cool OESF member too
-------------------Edit----

I want to try pdaXrom .. so I've decided to upgrade to a C1000 -> to finance this I'm selling my current 5600.

The unit is clean and in good physical condition. A small worn spots in the plastic from living, but minor cosmetic blemeshes. The screen has always had a protector and is bright and clear. Everything is in perfect working order. Recently reflashed with Wapaton 1.6.1 + security apps.

The Z itself is custimized the following way (just re-flash if you like)

(I'll include extra thin glow-tape-and a photo of the Zkeybaord, so you can cut more)
---2x plastic flip-up protectors

I error checked this unit from the Matainence menu, and everything is fine. The battery holds a charge well, and this unit has always worked well for me. $100 + your shipping cost. I will consider offers from Dev's etc... let me know how you'll help the community

Hmmm. . . Ship to the UK?

Since I'm going to be working alot more next month. . .

Just the one major all important Megaquestion for dealing with a 5600:

What CPU?
Cortana: PXA250/Poodle: OZ/GPE 3.4.2RC1
Tycho PXA270/HTC_Universal WM5  .30.107/1.09.00/42.42.P8/1.30.162
HollyWatch: Fossil AU5005 - POS 4.1.2
ATLANTIS: Fujitsu Lifebook T4210 TBPC2005

PXA-250

I'd say use the special kernel and just clock higher if you know you'll d need the extra performance.

Sure I can ship to the UK -  let me know if you want it and where you are : and I'll see what the shipping would be   (what's best for you? DHL/ UPS)

heh, Not been paid yet.

This is an End-of-june sort of thing.

I'm currently betatesting the 2.6 kernel. The special kernel repeated crashed my 250 even WITHOUT overclocking, and going to 471 didn't add any benefit. The 2.6 however is doing some pretty cool stuff to my clock rate, see the thread in "5x00 gen. discussions"

I'm Wincanton, Somerset and UPS would be better please. ^^

If I can afford it when I get paid, then I very much want it. (It's looking good so far )

I'm still slightly embarrassed that my PDA outperforms every single one of my desktops

[edit:]

PXA250 is a good thing. Kinda pointless having a test machine (My current Poodle, Cortana) with a different CPU to the Dev machine. Best to have them the same, nyet?

Ow! Ow! My arm! My arm!

Let me check my budget, but I've been looking at getting a 2nd poodle so I can get into keeping development alive. So many packages I want/need updating, but am afraid of breaking my main poodle in the process of getting them or "over-tweaking"

I just don't want to over-extend my budget too much. It's another 2 weeks till payday.  Keep me posted, please.

Just got home from the day job (that place I go to fund my developing/tinkering) and was pleased to see no one had grabbed the package off my doorstep.

Saves me from having to wait until Monday to go pick it up.

God bless the USPS for delivery on Saturdays, where UPS makes you pay extra.

I hope you enjoy your C1000 half as much as I will enjoy working on the 5600s.  Now to figure out a decent way to make 'em talk to each other.
